Note From The Editor: This will be a photo gallery of the Garfield “Bulldogs” big, final non-conference win over the Venice “Gondoliers” in a nail-biter game that was decided by a single point, (20-19). With this win, the Bulldogs not only pleased their enthusiastic home fans, alumni, and supporters, they also pulled their record even at 2-2 in Head Coach Lorenzo Hernandez’s annual “rough and tough” non-conference schedule. They open Eastern League play on Friday against the L.A. Jordan “Bulldogs.” It’s a road game and the kick-off is set for 5 pm.
Note #2 From The Editor: To see the Week #4 Round-Up with Final Scores and Next Opponents, please click here. As we move on into the season, we realize that we must adapt to the limits of technology, therefore, in the best interest of viewing our postings, we’ve determined that due to the size and volume of photos, it would be better to create photo galleries of more than 30 pictures and place them into one posting. Thanks for your support and understanding of our production decision. Rico Cabrera, Sr./Editor, EastLASportsScene.Com
