Week 2 – Round-Up, 9.3.15 & 9.4.15

 Note From The Editor:  Each high school season’s Week # 2, and in some schools schedules, Week #1, always coincides with our National Holiday of Labor Day.  Therefore, the CIF’s L.A. City Section  moved its weekly game-day from a Friday to a Thursday, maximizing the time off for the coaches, schools, players, and families. The CIF/Southern Section  played the majority of their scheduled games on Friday, Sept. 5th.

 To All of our loyal Fans and Followers here at EastLASportsScene.Com  we welcome you  back to another exciting football season. It’s now here and we hope the “Best”  for your favorite team or teams this year. We plan to change things up just a bit so we can offer more coverage in one posting to our entire fan-base.

Our commitment is to bring you a comprehensive, weekly snapshot of what’s going with our nine  local high schools, East L.A.
