(East Los Angeles, CA) [From The Editor’s Desk]: We now bring all of our Sparks fans the first WNBA projections and balloting outlooks for the upcoming All-Star game on Saturday, July 19th in Las Vegas at the Michelob Ultra Arena, home of the defending WNBA Champion Las Vegas Aces. The game will be televised on ABC at 5:30 pm |PT.
From our Sparks perspective, and after seeing the total vote numbers since the May 31st opening day of voting, Nneka Ogwumike has netted nearly 17,000. Her sister Chiney, as well as their teammates Jordin Canada, Lexie Brown, Dearica Hamby, Karlie Samuelson, Layshia Clarendon, Jasmine Thomas, Joyner Holmes, Mia Clouden, and Zia Cooke are also on the players’ list.
