The University of Cincinnati Bearcat alum has performed at a very productive level with the team for the past two seasons and performed extremely well in the four post-season playoff games that led to the team capturing the Super Bowl LVI Championship Trophy. LOS ANGELES RAMS RE-SIGN DEFENSIVE TACKLE MARQUISE COPELAND TO ONE-YEAR CONTRACT
The Los Angeles Rams have re-signed Defensive Tackle MARQUISE COPELAND to a one-year contract, it was recently announced. Copeland has appeared in 25 regular season games (nine starts) in his career and notched 42 tackles (21 solo), 1.0 sack, 11 pressures, three tackles for loss, two quarterback hits and 10 hurries. Last season, he recorded career-highs with 330 snaps played, 31 tackles (16 solo), 1.0 sack, seven pressures, six hurries and two tackles for loss.
Copeland saw action in all four postseason games leading up to the Rams’ Super Bowl LVI victory during the 2021 season and registered an interception in the Wild Card Round against the Arizona Cardinals.

Copeland signed with the Rams as a free agent in November of 2021. He was an undrafted free agent after playing collegiately at the University of Cincinnati from 2015-18, where he was a two-time All-Conference honoree. Copeland appeared in 47 career games with the Bearcats and recorded 187 tackles, 21 tackles for loss, 8.5 sacks, four passes defensed and two forced fumbles. –RAMS–
