We’re here with an important story that focuses on the number of community awareness efforts undertaken by the Rams that continue to grow rapidly, building an even stronger bond with the community that demonstrates equal respect for the significant, two-way support and dialogue shared between them.
During the Week 5 game against the San Francisco 49ers, the Rams organization acknowledged the team’s LA BOLD initiative with the presentation of AWOLNATION, a locally-based L.A. rock band; the showcasing of the highly followed Mr. Cartoon and the launch of his new line-up of Rams merchandise; and the showcasing of the team’s production of its widely acclaimed LA BOLD video.

Rams & Mister Cartoon Launched Merchandise Collaboration Showcasing LA Culture
The Los Angeles Rams hosted the San Francisco 49ers for their Week 5 Thursday Night Football ‘LA BOLD’ matchup, presented by American Airlines, on Thursday, October 2nd. LA BOLD celebrates the power of Angelenos to be daring – in their dreams, their actions, and their day-to-day lives. The Rams seized the opportunity to celebrate the culture, neighbors, creators, and icons of Los Angeles.

Here are some of the off-field showcase events that fans could see and interact with as part of this excellent initiative, LA BOLD: Heart of our City of the Angels.
[Rams x Mister Cartoon]: LA BOLD Collection: LA culture meets football with the Rams’ first merchandise collaboration of the 2025 season, featuring Los Angeles-based artist Mister Cartoon. The six-piece collection came to life in a remastered version of Cartoon’s barbershop, an ode to the community and artistry that is formed and showcased in barbershops.
The photo gallery, which also features the presence of the extremely popular Rams running back, #23 Kyren Williams, includes the Mister Cartoon Clown Mask – Stadium Edition, LOS Snapback Hat, Rams Skull Snapback Hat, LA Bold Short Sleeve T-shirt, Rams Hoodie and Rams Coaches Jacket. The team’s third collaboration with Mister Cartoon was made available in The Equipment Room at SoFi Stadium and can be viewed online at RamsFanShop.com.
[Halftime Performance]: AWOLNATION performed for fans at the halftime break, which was presented by American Airlines. The musical group is an American rock band from Los Angeles. Best known for their Diamond-certified hit “Sail,” the group has spent a record-breaking number of weeks on the Billboard Hot 100 for an independent artist. The band, fronted by Aaron Bruno, is also recognized for their electronic-rock sound, which mixes rock, alternative, and electronic dance music.
[LA BOLD Video]: Fans viewed an in-stadium video showcasing Los Angeles culture beyond sports, featuring city-centric visuals that served as a call to Rams fans across the city. Highlighting LA’s unique layout, the video visits neighborhoods and cities, emphasizing how our diversity brings us together. The video was played during pre-game festivities.
[LA Bold x Mister Cartoon Art Gallery]: Fans could visit the art gallery pop-up wall in American Airlines Plaza for a photo opportunity featuring the LA Bold mural that Mister Cartoon hand-painted for the merchandise shoot.
