Both youth football programs are coached by Los Angeles Police Department (LAPD) officers working to bridge the gap between communities of color and law enforcement. The Rams fund all football components of the programs and provide engagement opportunities that focus on character development and community service for the youth participants.
This year marked the team’s fifth ‘Ramsgiving’ and the third time the North East Lincoln Rams have joined the special event. The Rams hosted a Thanksgiving meal for the Watts Rams in 2019 and 2022.
The event took place on Monday, November 24, from 5:30 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at the team’s Practice Facility located in Woodland Hills, CA.
