Note From The Editor: East L.A. Sports Scene is pleased to offer our brief Player Profile interview with the Univerity of Miami-bound, Defensive Tackle, Michael Wyche. Michael played a huge role in ELAC’s 2013 season as he anchored the D-Line for the “Huskies” and Head Coach, Steve Mojarro. Michael has accepted a full scholarship and has been tabbed as a prominent player in the Hurrricanes’ 2014 season. He is a native of the state of Virginia and will be anxious to have family members make the trip and watch him play for one of the NCAA’s elite Division 1 football programs. Congrats to Michael in joining the ever-growing list of ELAC alumni who are now D-1 players. He joins Anthony Denham, Utah-PAC12; Albert Perez, Wyoming; Chris Clark, Syracuse; and Aaron Cantu, Southern Utah. The ELAC “Huskie” Football/Athletics programs, and East L.A. Sports Scene, want to wish Michael continued success in both his academic and football careers as a University of Miami “Hurricane.” Rico Cabrera, Sr./Editor, EastLASportsScene.Com
