(Boyle Heights/East L.A.)—The second round of the CIF/L.A. City Section’s Eastern League Boys Varsity Basketball confrontation between longtime and intense rivals, the Roosevelt Rough Riders and the Garfield Bulldogs, is set to take place tonight at Roosevelt. Tip-off will be at 7 pm. The 5:30 pm JV game will precede this match-up. A sell-out crowd is predicted.
