(East Los Angeles, CA) [From The Editor’s Desk]: The Los Angeles Football Club (LAFC) takes this time to remind all of its fan-base that it has returned for the second consecutive season of its community service Volunteer Corps work in many parts of the City, County, and Southern California. This story will direct those fans to register for the Corps who would like to give their efforts to those situations that impact our vast communities when the necessity calls for action to be taken, while providing much-needed relief and assistance to a particular cause. LAFC VOLUNTEER CORPS PRESENTED BY CHICK-FIL-A SOCAL RETURNS FOR A SECOND SEASON OF COMMUNITY SERVICE
The LAFC Volunteer Corps presented by Chick-fil-A SoCal in association with The Law Offices of Jacob Emrani at CallJacob.com returns for a second season, with enhanced volunteer programs and rewards.
Established in 2022, the LAFC Volunteer Corps, the official volunteer program of the Black & Gold creates a formal connection between the Club and community to continue to be a Force For Good in Southern California.
LAFC will continue to host numerous community events that will incorporate the LAFC Volunteer Corps working shoulder to shoulder with players, coaches and staff to have a positive impact on the greater Los Angeles region.

*April 22 – MLS Greener Goals Earth Day Beach Cleanup in partnership with Surfrider LA
LAFC will host a beach cleanup day in partnership with Surfrider LA. Location and time will be announced at a later date. Interested fans are encouraged to save the date for this important volunteer opportunity.
As a point of reference, the very first date that was offered this season was the recent March 19th – Women’s History Month – Day of Service. In honor of Women’s History Month, LAFC hosted a hygiene kit assembly event at BMO Stadium as a continuation of its efforts to support women impacted by homelessness.
Members of the Club and LAFC Volunteer Corps worked together to prepare the kits, which contained a variety of basic hygiene necessities. Staying true to their commitment to serving the Heart of LA, LAFC donated all prepared kits to the Downtown Women’s Center, Los Angeles

Members of the LAFC Volunteer Corps receive priority access to involvement in all public service and volunteer opportunities hosted by LAFC.
