LAFC Scores Another Trifecta In Goals

By Rico Cabrera, Sr. Oct 26, 2021

(East Los Angeles, CA) November 1, 2021 [From The Editor’s Desk]: The LAFC could have thrown caution to the wind in this match should they have wanted to. However, they went back to their high-scoring techniques and managed to carve out a very valuable and potential “play-off” determining win at the expense of their highly ranked MLS Western Conference opponents, the Seattle Sounders.

Both teams started out very tight and disciplined in this critical home match for the Black & Gold. It stayed that way until the 21st minute when Brian Rodríguez eased in a perfectly timed “grounder” just past the Seattle Sounders goal-keeper, #24/Stefan Frei. (1-0) LAFC. Then, in stoppage time, goal number two came when Latif Blessing delivered on a great assisting crosser from Kim Moon Hwan. Blessing took a nice short-hopped bouncer and slid it past Frei for his first goal in quite awhile. But nonetheless, it was a most-appreciated and much-needed one!!
