L.A. City Section 2014 All-City Team Selections

By Rico Cabrera, Sr. Dec 25, 2014
high_school_footballimages-5       Merry Christmas and A Happy New Year To ALL of Our Viewers and Your Families!! This is our Deluxe Holiday Special that officially concludes our coverage of the  2014 High School Football Season. East L.A. Sports Scene proudly salutes and acknowledges all of our (19) student-athletes who were selected to their respective All-City Teams via their school’s playing Division. The totals reflect (18) players from Divisions I & II, and (1) from Division III. A breakdown by class shows a total of (12) Seniors and (7) Juniors. A remarkable accomplishment to say the least and certainly a huge acknowledgment of the talent we have in the Eastern and Northern Leagues. We take this time to also recognize their Head Coaches, (see photo gallery), Assistant Coaches, and School Administrators who worked extremely hard the entire 2014 season. We are very gratified to see these players’ excellent achievements highlighted by Commissioner John Aguirre’s CIF/L.A. City Section Office in this very rewarding manner. For a complete listing by player and school, please click here for the L.A. City Section’s website.
Editor’s Note: 1) We are featuring an Extra Special Acknowledgment on one of our All-City players, Dakota Ridgeway, Lincoln High School’s, Wide Receiver. Please read more about his special recognition by the Kenny Washington Stadium Foundation. It appears after the All-City listings below; 2) Please take a moment to complete our brief Users Poll  just to the right of this posting. Thanks for your participation in helping us take a“snapshot”  of our viewers preference in obtaining their daily sports news, updates, and general information.
