East L.A. Sports Scene continues with its mission to bring and introduce new and exciting sports to our ever-growing audience. This program will satisfy that goal as we present two representatives from the Play Rugby USA, Los Angeles Branch Office, Mr. Dallen Stanford, Program Manager, and his colleague, Mr. Anthony Avila, Youth Development Mentor. In separate segments, they tell the entire story of how Rugby is starting to captivate many youngsters, both Boys and Girls, who live in some of the greater metropolitan areas of the country. From New York to L.A. and beyond is the expansion objective of this non-profit organization. In addition, the unexpected, but great news that they bring us, is timely and impactful to all American Rugby players. Ready for it…Rugby will be an Olympic sport in the upcoming Rio de Janeiro, Brazil Games!!
