Background: We recently sat down with them to review the outstanding and unprecedented 2016 season that produced an impressive and stunning overall record of (9-2), a Conference Championship, in the Southern California Football Association’s/American Division/Metro League, and a crowning victory over College of the Desert in the California Collegiate Athletic Association’s (CCCAA)’s “Patriotic Bowl,” last December. We spoke in-depth with Coach Godinez about his background, his hiring by ELAC, his preparations for the season, the season itself, the number of his post-season Awardees to the All-Conference teams, and a sneak peak into the preparations for the 2017 season.
