The back-to-back “doublet” earthquakes struck northwestern and central parts of the nation just 39 seconds apart.

LOS ANGELES DODGERS AND LOS ANGELES DODGERS FOUNDATION TO SUPPORT VENEZUELA EARTHQUAKE RELIEF

LOS ANGELES (July 7, 2026) – The Los Angeles Dodgers and the Los Angeles Dodgers Foundation (LADF) announced that net proceeds from the July 8th LADF 50/50 Raffle will benefit the American Red Cross Venezuela Earthquakes Fund to support emergency relief efforts for communities impacted by the recent earthquakes in Venezuela. The Los Angeles Dodgers matched the Foundation’s contribution, doubling the impact of fans’ generosity to help provide emergency medical care, food assistance, clean water, shelter, sanitation, and other critical humanitarian assistance for affected families.

Fans who attended the Wednesday, July 8th game vs. the Colorado Rockies participated in the LADF 50/50 Raffle by purchasing tickets from sellers throughout Dodger Stadium or at designated raffle kiosks. Ticket sales concluded at the end of the seventh inning. One-half of the jackpot was awarded to one lucky winner, while the remaining net proceeds from the raffle were designated to support the American Red Cross Venezuela Earthquakes Fund.
