(East Los Angeles, CA) [From The Editor’s Desk]: The 2023 All-Star Game balloting is still in play with the Favorites voting and the Dodgers are well-represented as we can all see in the graphic below.
It’s a possibility that all five of our Big Blue Wrecking Crew members can make the team, but to insure that, they will need to rally up some additional ballots to make sure they are all officially announced by Major League Baseball (MLB). Max Muncy is in the mix, but needs more votes. That’s where Dodger Nation needs to take some quick action on voting Max in. Help our Fab 5 and get them over the top with your Favorite player votes.
If you haven’t voted yet, then now’s the time to do so and make your ballot count all the more. The voting will end tomorrow, Thursday, June 21st at 9:00 am | Pacific Time.
[Phase 1 Update]: Freeman, Betts, Martinez and Smith are in position to advance.
The latest 2023 Scotts MLB All-Star Ballot standings have been released and our Dodgers need your help to push them to the Emerald City. Currently, Freddie Freeman is in 1st place among first basemen and J.D. Martinez is in 1st place at designated hitter.
Additionally, Mookie Betts is sitting in 2nd place for outfield and Will Smith holds the same spot at catcher. The top 2 players at each position per league, plus 6 outfielders, will advance so vote daily at dodgers.com/vote to help get them to Seattle. The first phase of voting ends this Thursday at 9am PT so be sure to cast your ballot today!
