(East Los Angeles, CA) [From The Editor’s Desk]: Saludos and Greetings To All! In starting off the New Year, we would like to remind those of our followers and interested others, who are strength, conditioning, baseball coaches, as well as students in the field of Human Health & Performance, that they still have time to register for the Dodgers upcoming Strength and Conditioning Symposium, presented by Gatorade, scheduled for Friday, January 20th and Saturday, January 21st at the Stadium. Registration and travel information, a list of presenters and the agenda can be found at Dodgers.com/Symposium.
All attendees will learn directly from the Dodgers’ award-winning Strength and Conditioning staff led by Dodger Vice President of Player Performance, Brandon McDaniel, as they will provide insight into the Dodgers’ use movement analysis, technology, and performance.
In addition, Dr. Greg Rose, co-founder at Titleist Performance Institute, will serve as the Keynote speaker for the event. A co-founder of TPI, Dr. Rose has helped pioneer the field of analyzing 3-dimensional motion capture models of the golf swing by combining an engineering background with an expertise on the human body.
This third year of the Symposium will be held at Dodger Stadium, for the first time. More good news, is that there is still plenty of time to register for this highly-awaited and greatly-valued experience.
