(East Los Angeles, CA)[From The Editor’s Desk]: The Chargers have created yet another partnership with major Hollywood film studios, this time with Paramount +, producers of Good Burger 2, the sequel to the late 1990s hit Nickelodeon comedy series “All That” and subsequently made into a feature film, entitled “Good Burger.” On Wednesday, 11/22, the release of “Good Burger 2” will premiere on Paramount +, and available on You Tube.
In this present-day promotional and new film scenario, the Chargers demonstrated “In-Stadium” how their relationship with film studios continues to usher in novel and exciting game-day experiences. In this case, those Chargers fans in attendance at the 11/12 game against the Detroit Lions were the beneficiaries of this top-most partnership.

Chargers fans gladly enjoyed a “Good Burger 2” Pop-Up promotion inside of SoFi Stadium that added to a total game-day and in-stadium experience for everyone, but especially for those faithful cult fans of the “Good Burger” days.

The Los Angeles Chargers partnered with Paramount+, available on YouTube, to create several in-stadium experiences for fans attending the 11/12 game at SoFi Stadium, in advance of the upcoming film release Good Burger 2. A sequel to the iconic ‘90’s film Good Burger based on the sketch from the Nickelodeon comedy series All That, Good Burger 2 will premiere in time for the Thanksgiving holiday on Wednesday, Nov. 22, exclusively on Paramount+, available on YouTube.
With this partnership, the Chargers continue to establish themselves as industry leaders in unique gameday collaborations with film studios and have previously entertained fans with unique activations surrounding major motion picture releases that include The Matrix Resurrections, M3GAN, The Creator, Wish and Trolls Band Together.
Attendees of the Nov. 12 matchup between the Chargers and Detroit Lions saw a glimpse into the cult classic’s world when they spotted attendees dressed as Good Burger employees around the stadium and on the Chargers Energy Stage during the game. Additional activations included a Snapchat Augmented Reality filter that adapted to the stadium’s Infinity Screen by Samsung during a break in the action with fans playing a game challenging them to catch burgers as well as a one-of-a-kind seat upgrade experience where a few fortunate families were selected to move down to the Good Burger popup – a transformed field-level suite where ambassadors interacted with guests.
Fans were also treated to a viewing of the film’s official trailer on the Infinity Screen, offering a unique cinematic experience on the world’s largest video board. Other unique game features involving the Infinity Screen included Good Burger 2 field goal and extra point animations, replay animations and a Look-a-Like feature.

The highly anticipated film sequel follows Dexter Reed (Kenan Thompson) and original cashier Ed (Kel Mitchell), as they reunite in the present day at fast-food restaurant “Good Burger” with a hilarious new group of employees. Produced by Nickelodeon Studios, Good Burger 2 is set to premiere in time for the holidays on Wednesday, November 22, exclusively on Paramount+ available on YouTube in the U.S. and Canada.
In addition to Thompson and Mitchell, Good Burger 2 stars Lil Rel Howery (Get Out) as Cecil McNevin, Jillian Bell (Murder Mystery 2) as Katt Boswell, Kamaia Fairburn (Blockbuster) as Mia, Alex R. Hibbert (The Chi) as Ed2, Fabrizio Guido (Perry Mason) as Mr. Jensen, Elizabeth Hinkler and Emily Hinkler (The Good Doctor) as Cindy and Mindy and Anabel Graetz (Free Guy) as Ruth. The film will also feature surprise celebrity cameos as well as original Good Burger cast members who are reprising their roles: Josh Server as Fizz, Lori Beth Denberg as Connie Muldoon and Carmen Electra as Roxanne.
Good Burger 2 is produced by Kenan Thompson and Kel Mitchell. It was penned by Kevin Kopelow & Heath Seifert (All That, Good Burger), who also serve as executive producers. Johnny Ryan Jr., of Artists for Artists, also serves as an executive producer. Phil Traill (The Middle, Brooklyn Nine-Nine, Single Drunk Female) directs and serves as executive producer. James III (Tyler Perry’s Young Dylan, All That) also has been engaged as a writer. Production of the movie for Nickelodeon Studios is overseen by Shauna Phelan and Zack Olin, Co-Heads of Nickelodeon & Awesomeness Live-Action.
