Sports will always be a part of our lives, and just like our heartbeats, we hope and pray for them to keep motivating us on to a better and healthier life style. One of our“Key” 2015 missions, via our monthly calendar, will be to keep everyone informed of recreational events that are beneficial to our community whether they happen to be family-friendly 5Ks/Walks/Runs/Bike Rides, or classes on personal health improvement, exercise, zumba, yoga, or swimming at local YMCA, Boys & Girls Clubs, Churches, Recreation, Community, Youth & Senior Citizen Centers and soon to be included, some significant cultural events. Hang in here with us as we keep the ball rolling on many facets of our great and diverse community.
We strongly encourage anyone who is working in our L.A. City & L.A. County Recreation Centers and would like to promote their programs to the community, then by all means please take advantage of our Calendar posting resource. To submit your event or events, please send them to me at rico.p.cabrera@eastlass.com so I can get it up as quickly as possible.
